My new little best friend. Her camera holds no more than 50 photos of me – showing off my tallness to her shortness. Li Shin ? ran up to me in the airport in route to Gulin, final destination Yangshuo, for a photo opportunity. In the plane, she made her way to me — sitting next to me. She offered me her snacks — finally figured out what kids ate around here – where she giggled and practiced her English. Her family was so proud of her. All of them were also taking pictures of us talking. Wanted to return the favor and take a photo with her to post on my blog. Too cute.
Guilin airport greeting us with fake, colored palm trees. Almost Florida. Had to share.
